This report covers the initial creation and usability testing of our informational pamphlet. Using our results from our survey, we created a pamphlet that talks about the flooding of the St.John’s River in Westside Jacksonville. After this, we sat down and conducted a usability test with four participants to see what was resonating with our audience and what we might need to change.
